They installed a whole house humidifier on my furnace and no more bronchitis or sinus infection since. I have them maintenance my furnace every year and so far nothing but good service and my furnace gives me NO issues. They let me pay them online. Very friendly service guys. Very reasonable company.

Frequently Asked Questions About Ray's Heating & Cooling

Should I be worried about my furnace the first time I turn it on?

When you first activate your furnace after a period of disuse, it's common to detect a burning odor. This is typically due to dust that has settled on the heat exchanger and other furnace components during the off-season. As the furnace heats up, this dust burns off, causing the smell. However, if the odor persists or you notice any unusual noises, it's advisable to contact our service team for an inspection.

Do I need to replace my AC when installing a new furnace?

Replacing your air conditioning system is not always necessary when installing a new furnace. If your current air conditioner is functioning properly and efficiently, it can often be integrated with the new furnace installation.
