  We have used Kitchen & Bath Mart for several projects in our condominium unit. We have been very satisfied. The latest project was the largest -- a renovation of our kitchen and the installation of luxury vinyl flooring throughout the unit. Kitchen & Bath Mart properly measured and helped us to design the renovation. They offer a large selection of high quality cabinetry, tile, hardware, and flooring. Kris and Joanna from Kitchen & Bath Mart performed the renovation flawlessly and very efficiently. Kitchen & Bath Mart also did an excellent job coordinating the delivery of countertops and other items needed for the renovation. There were no delays. The entire project was completed in less than 4 weeks.

  Kitchen and Bath did a great job on my client's bath project. The showroom provides a great selection of products and the knowledgeable staff asked all the right questions to make choosing quick and easy. Their installation team showed up on time and did a wonderful job.

  We are very pleased with the finished results of our bathroom renovation project. Joe and Mark were very helpful in choosing the cabinets, fixtures and hardware. Mark really knows cabinets and put together a great design for the project. Both are very fun and a pleasure to work with. Bogdan, the carpenter and installer, was fabulous to work with. He was diligent, creative, thoughtful and very pleasant to interact with. He always kept us updated on his progress and next steps for the project. Tommy was also very helpful and wonderful to work with. We highly recommend this team for a kitchen or bathroom renovation project.

  Our family has been working with Kitchen & Bath (K&B) Mart for more than 30 years on various projects at three homes, most recently a gut-remodel of a high-rise condominium kitchen and a vanity refresh in two bathrooms. Each time, the K & B team has delivered outstanding results which exceeded expectations in terms of design and functionality, high-quality materials, and workmanship at craftsman levels. Over the years, we’ve gotten to know the owners (and brothers) Dennis and Joe, and have always appreciated their advice and wisdom as we’ve made decisions and selections. They know what they’re doing! Our kitchen project started the exact day it was projected to three months earlier, finished on schedule, and there is not one thing that we wish we had done differently. The installers for our project were amazing, efficient, and talented – even the engineers and maintenance men in our large, downtown Chicago high-rise praised the quality of their work. Some insights from our kitchen project that may be helpful for those considering a major project: (1) The design and selection process takes time – don’t rush through it. It’s easier and far less expensive to make changes on paper than after an installation. Have an idea of what you’re seeking, do your homework, have realistic expectations, and be open to suggestions and options from your designer. (2) Keep in mind that supply chains are interrupted these days, and that delivery times are often much longer. K&B does not start a project unless all of the major components (excluding appliances) are in their warehouse. As the customer, you’ll appreciate their approach. Yes, we waited….and it was worth it. Be patient. (3) Kitchen & Bath Mart is a firm that is honest, trustworthy, and committed to making their customer’s dreams come true. We highly recommend them.
