  Manny from Restropros of Chicagoland West came out to provide a quote for reconstruction after a water leak. Their turn around on getting a quote out for the work and setting up a time to start work was outstanding. Hector, Alex, Nick and so many more worked to restore the property quickly. They were all extremely friendly and willing to work with me on any issues I brought to their attention or on any items that were missed and/or overlooked.

  Lydia was wonderful to work with, especially in the middle of a stressful situation. She was on time, very responsive, clearly knows exactly what she’s doing, and just as importantly, she was easy to talk to. That matters more than people realize when you’re a homeowner dealing with mitigation and trying to make sense of everything in real time. She was patient with questions and explained things in a way that was easy to understand, without ever talking down to you or overcomplicating the process. She strikes that perfect middle ground where you feel informed and respected. I never felt rushed, and she followed through on what she said she would do. What also stood out was that those qualities clearly carried through to the team she brought with her. They were professional, respectful, responsive, and reflected the same calm, capable approach she did. That says a lot about Lydia’s leadership. She made a stressful situation feel much more steady and manageable, and I’m genuinely grateful for the way she commits to the work and the people affected by it.

  Lydia, Alex and Isaac worked so quickly to identify our flooding issue and begin remediation! They were extremely thoughtful in explaining the process, answering questions and keeping the area clean (I think my house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived!). On top of that, they were so kind and we could tell they really love where they work doing the work they do. Well done, team, and THANK YOU!!

  I can’t say enough good things about Manny Pepin at RestoPros. From start to finish, Manny demonstrated incredible patience and professionalism, especially when dealing with some very challenging issues on our project. What really stood out was his ability to stay calm, methodical, and solution-focused no matter how complicated things became. Manny acted as the central hub, aligning multiple teams to work in harmony. He not only managed the entire process start to finish, he also worked through complicated communications with insurance, easing the process for all. To top it off, the process culminated with meticulous clean up, leaving the spaces pristine and immediately functional.
