  This is the second time we work with Great Western Flooring Great experience with every one involved in the process from the showroom to the finish product installation was freindly happy and helpful. Don't see this level of service very often. Happy employees make happy customers . Will definitely use them in any future projects Thank you

  The company was very professional and quick with finalizing the estimate and then scheduling the work. Once contracted, we had the work scheduled in just a few weeks. The quality is beyond our expectations. If we could provide 6 out of 5 stars, we would. The crew called the night before and then several times every day the work was being done just to provide an update on the progress of the work. My wife and I appreciated the transparency so much and the updates really helped put our mind at ease while we were out of the house for a few days. Truly, I will be bringing my business back to Great Western when we expand into other areas of our home for the exceptional quality! We would recommend them in a heartbeat to our friends, family, and neighbors (and already have)!

  I had used them before and it was fine, but the person I had worked with before was out and the salesperson who was covering for her was uninterested in my project and ended up ghosting me. I guess my project was too small to be worth her time. I went elsewhere.

  I’ve purchased from this tile shop twice for two different projects, and I’ve had consistently positive experiences. While their prices may not always be the absolute lowest, I feel much more comfortable buying from a physical store. Their customer service is excellent, responsive and genuinely helpful throughout the process.
