Had a storm door purchased & installed. This was probably one of the better customer service experiences, ( start to finish ), I’ve experienced in a very long time. If you’re in the market for window/door service, this is definitely the business you want to deal with. What a pleasure!

We ordered a storm door for the front of our new house. It was very expensive -- more than I would prefer to spend -- and we had to wait quite a long time before it arrived for installation. BUT, it was worth it and we absolutely love it. The door is extremely high quality and installation was done professionally and very well. I dont believe we will ever need to replace this door. It's beautiful, effortlessly functional and a perfect match for our home.

Next Door and Window recently completed a full house window replacement for my ~25 year old house - and I could not be happier with the entire process from start to finish! Obviously this is a big project - and one we had delayed for at least a couple of years because it was costly, daunting due to the options and hard to feel confident in such a big investment decision. Over the past couple of years had had at least 3 other companies give us assessments and quotes, and we never moved forward until we had Next Door and Window come out. Long story short - our first interaction with ND&W was super insightful and it gave us the confidence to pull the trigger. From there the communication, service and execution remained better than expected. Every team we worked with I'd say exceeded expectations - which is really saying something in the home improvement/renovation/construction space these days. I very rarely leave public reviews, but I felt the need to recommend this company because of how well they exceeded expectations in an arena that is very expensive and trust + quality are hard to come by these days! Our salesman from Next did a good job while ordering the windows. Our windows were delayed due to hardware issues on Marvin Windows end, which was explained to us and handled professionally. Now that the windows have been installed, we were able to tell right away what a difference the new windows have made, especially when it comes to retaining heat in our home. The best part were installers. They were very professional and cleaned up very well. We are very pleased with the results so far.
