  We’ve owned our home for about five years, and in that time we’ve tried several mechanical contractors for our seasonal furnace and air conditioner maintenance. My parents recently started using Air Rite and had a great experience when they had a new furnace installed, so we decided to give them a try as well. Terrance handled our fall furnace cleaning and did an excellent job. He was thorough and professional, and unlike many companies that simply test components, Air Rite actually inspects and cleans the furnace and air conditioner. It was refreshing to see someone take the time to do the job properly. A few weeks ago—right before we were supposed to leave town—our heat suddenly stopped working. I called Air Rite hoping they could come out quickly, and Mike arrived that same morning. He went through the entire furnace to diagnose the issue correctly instead of just applying quick fixes. We learned we needed a new heat exchanger, cell panel, inducer motor, pressure switch, and some reworking of the exhaust piping and condensate drain due to questionable installation work from the original contractor (not Air Rite). Since the furnace is only 7–8 years old, repairing it made more sense than replacing it, and thankfully the heat exchanger was still under warranty. Within a few days, they had all the parts and scheduled the repair. Because we were still out of town, my father‑in‑law came over to let them in so we could return to a warm home. Zach completed the repairs and was fantastic—he called when he was on his way, kept me updated throughout the process even though I wasn’t home, and let me know as soon as everything was finished. They cleaned up after themselves, completed the work efficiently, and the furnace has been running perfectly ever since. If you’re looking for a reliable heating and cooling company for maintenance or repairs, I highly recommend Air Rite. I’m grateful my parents recommended them to us and appreciate the level of service, professionalism, and confidence they’ve provided our family.
