  I gave this company so many chances. They never pick my trash up in trash day. They are always 2,3,4 days late. I calle sand asked if they knew if my route had ran yet on a day that I forgot to take it out (although they are always days late) and the lady was so rude and unprofessional, she told me they have absolutely no way of contacting drivers and no gps on their quarter of a million dollar (minimum) truck, which is hard for me to believe and then had the nerve to tell me to have it out on time, as if they actually picked it up On my assigned day…. I will let the raccoons eat my trash before I pay for their service again.

  Our trash wasn't picked up this week in Murphysboro. We have been a loyal customer for many years and always paid on time. It's been late pick ups for the past several weeks but nothing this week! We will be looking for another service that is reliable!

  Two weeks and my trash hasn’t been picked up. I get adverse weather conditions effecting routes but two weeks is bullshit. Still charged the same regardless. I should’ve gone into the garbage business.

  I have been a customer of Burris Disposal for over 6 years. They are always on time and pick up my trash and recycling on a regular schedule. I have called if I am leaving town and they adjust for that. They were even willing to send someone out on a day that I forgot to put the trash out. I am very happy with their services and recommend Burris for your disposal needs.
