Even though I had installed my own Generator, I have 360 Electric do my yearly maintenance. 360 Electric will call and ask for a good day that they can schedule the yearly maintenance. Their service team has been impecable. I scheduled a day when I was working, however my wife was home. It happened to be a stormy day, pouring rain. My wife felt horrible for the service tech and said he could wait until the rain had stopped to finish. The service tech was un phased, and extremely polite, and kept working. My wife was so pleased with Wil Schone and his professionalism, work ethic and manners. This alone is reason enough to go with 360 Electric. Thank you all for your hard work.

360 Solar handles solar the way every company should. From the very beginning, they were transparent, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me understand the process—not pushing a sale. They walked me through how solar works, explained all the system options, and helped me navigate the different incentives without any of the deceptive tactics you sometimes see in the industry.
Their support has been consistently reliable. The office team is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help, whether it’s a quick question or a deeper conversation about next steps. What really stands out is that this wasn’t a quick transaction—it was a multi‑year journey before I finally decided to move forward, and throughout that entire time, Kevin Sauder and the 360 Solar team stayed engaged, supportive, and never once made me feel pressured.
Even after the purchase, they continue to be available and helpful, which says a lot about their commitment to long‑term customer care.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I had such a great experience that I felt the need to be able to talk someone else into using 360. I’ve used them for a few things, ranging from electric to heating repairs for my low pressure boiler system. I’ll start by saying the process of getting Riley out to my home for a quote was incredibly smooth and not difficult in any way. Also, the couple of nice ladies that I’ve talked to in the office offer a wide variety of knowledge and can usually answer most if not all of my (many) questions. Riley came out, and gave me an estimate on some work. When all was said and done, the team was able to keep the budget tight and not go over or try to get more work out of me. I also had a heating emergency on a Sunday. I called their emergency services and within an hour someone was out getting my heat running. This company will not try to talk you into any unneeded work. 360 comes in an evaluates the best way they can, and they make you feel like you are in charge of your project. If anything unexpected comes up while doing the work, their team is excellent at communicating and possibly reevaluating the budget or planning that goes into the project. There was no way to keep this review short, if you are looking for a team that treats you well and has incredibly high standards do not wait any longer or look any further!

We used 360 to install our solar panels and battery backup. They were fantastic to work with throughout the process. They were transparent with their figures, helpful and guided us step by step through the process. They were very informative without the high pressure sales process. As we went through the process they helped with all the paper work with all the rebates and incentives that are available. They also took the next step to ensure that we had a complete understanding of everything from the app, to the rebates, to how our bill will change. Also, they have been very friendly and always available for questions and support throughout the process. They could not have been a better partner for the solar project and I recommend them to anyone within their service area.
