I used 360 for both HVAC installation and to update an electrical service. Both crews completed their work in a timely manner with high quality craftsmanship. Highly recommend Kevin for HVAC and Matt for any electrical needs you may have.

Scott from 360 came out to fix my outdoor electrical panel after it broke. He replaced the panel around 10pm at night and stayed until Ameren arrived and turned the power back on. I am a 360 costumer for life!

Worked with the solar team. They were very helpful and so could tell they just wanted to educate me about solar, not "sell". Kevin spent significant time with me and answered all my questions.

I see that many people have written positive reviews pertaining to the service from 360 electric but I am not one of them. If I could rate 360 Electric less that 1 star, I would. I obtained bids for an 8.7 KW solar installation on our property from 4 companies. Three of them were very closely priced and 360 was not the cheapest but I picked them as they were from Morton IL. I signed the letter of intent and then they sent out an electrician to look at my electrical panel. I already knew that I would need my main panel updated and two competing solar install bids were from $2850 to $3,000 for the panel update.
Isaiah Davis was my contact for the project and he then contacted me and said that the panel update was going to cost me an additional $8,500 and an additional charge of $1,000 for trenching because my trench was going to be 222 foot vs. the 150 foot of trench they figured in there original bid but that footage was not mentioned in the bid. That’s right, $9,500 or 32% above the original bid I was given. I was shocked! I then asked to see a breakdown of the charges and I was told “We won’t do that because it is a package deal, you understand that don’t you? Most of this is labor.” To which I replied “I don’t understand that at all”. I was then asked if I wold like to talk to Kevin Sauder, (Solar Developer at 360) and my phone number would be passed on to him. I said “I suppose that I could , but what good would that do?” I called an electric contractor and asked for his bid to update my panel. He said that he had done several of these and it would be about $3,000. So I called 360 and told Isaiah that I was having another company update my panel so I would not need their $8,500 panel charge. I was told that I would still be required to pay an additional $4,500 plus $1,000 trenching fee. I have only written 3 bad reviews of companies (one being a motel) over my 76 years, I have dealt with hundreds of purchasing situations. It took 4 hours for the panel to be update!
360 gave me the 360 runaround!

I went to the home show and spoke with a great guy regarding solar panels. My husband and I were very happy with everything we heard. When I called the company to get a quote the representative that I spoke with would not even offer a quote to me. I had told the representative that we have had 3 trees removed from our property. He responded via text telling me. I have too much tree coverage and they could not do solar panels. That would not be cost-effective. I responded we've had 3 trees removed and that is not the current aerial view. He still has not provided a quote to me and said it's too much tree coverage which I find Really disrespectful and bad bussiness. If a customer asked for a quote you should at least do your diligence and find an updated aerial view if there's been changes on the property especially tree removal with solar panels. This is a really terrible experience. I feel like 360 was a big waste of time. I did find a respectful company to take me seriously and help me with solar. 360 bad customer service is definitely a blessing in disguise..
