We had an ejection pit pump go out and when I called Verticle they had Tyrek at my house in less than 2 hours. Tyrek is hands down one of the most professional and down to earth people I have delt with when it comes to home repairs. I have the up most respect for the repair he had to deal with due to it being basically diarrhea soup. He was upfront and handle the job extremely well. He also indicated a future problem we could have with the basement toilet. I respect the fact he wasn't pushy or trying to force up sales. He layed out the prices and put it on us for what service we wanted him to do. My 5 star review is a representation of the professionalism of Tyrek.
