Professional service, showed up when they said they would, and the tech (Jesse) was fast, professional, and got it done. We can’t say enough good things about JTR. Aziz not only took the time to investigate and properly diagnose the issue with our system, but he meticulously cleaned and restored our system, saving us thousands of dollars. He was also friendly, very good at explaining the issue and the solution, and took a lot pride in his work. I will be requesting him for all future maintenance and repairs!
- SCShanna ClarkJan 2, 20231.0This company is nothing but scammers!!!. Keith the manager appears to be nice, and work with you but at the end it’s all a scam. They billed my Home Warranty company for work they didn’t do. Keith told me they would reimburse me minus the amount of $200 for another instillation job. When I called he said oh yea , well we did get paid from your warranty company, but it equals out so we owe you nothing.. My home warranty company sent them a new hot water tank and paid them for installation. Where is my tank and reimbursement difference? Complete liars and scammers and will NEVER recommend or do business with this company again!!!
