Aziz not only took the time to investigate and properly diagnose the issue with our system, but he meticulously cleaned and restored our system, saving us thousands of dollars. He was also friendly, very good at explaining the issue and the solution, and took a lot pride in his work. I will be requesting him for all future maintenance and repairs!

I called JTR and talked to a technician who tried to help us determine the issue. He promised us that he would call in the morning to let us know someone would come out. Everyone who came--troubleshooters, installers, manager-was wonderful. They were prompt, called and came when they promised, and did a great job of getting us up and running in advance of the heat forecasted for this weekend-June 22! We will definitely do business with JTR again.

The owner of the company came and reviewed the job. My unit was installed with excellent workmanship. Their knowledge of the old system I had and the one they installed is impressive. I cannot express the care they took in my home and outside my home. It was money well spent. I wish to thank JTR, Jesse and his crew for all they did. I cannot praise your work enough.
