- DSDan SuesOct 1, 20251.0Absolutely horrible company. Long story short they installed a brand new 1,500 gallon septic tank on the property I bought. I have had the out 2 times for line location and inspection when adding a pool and a fence. They had ZERO problems taking my” service fee” both times. Great, no problems. I call them to come pump the tank they installed and they come out and have no idea what they are doing. I called the office several times with no response. Finally Angela sends me a absolutely ridiculous quote claiming no raisers were installed due to previous owners request (confirmed that’s a lie) Brandon calls me and says he came here confirm issues and he was NEVER here. I still talk to them and work out a price that works we agree. They say we are leaving for the weekend let’s do next week. Not a problem. He sends me a text to say he’s coming Monday. Never shows never wrote back. I had a different company come out today. 50% less 1-2-3 done. Beware this is some awful business being done here.

Reached out and spoke with Hannah and confirmed a afternoon appointment with the owner Angela to complete a site visit for a new septic install. After taking time off to meet with them the owners never showed up or contacted me. Reached back out to Hannah who said she would see what happened and follow up and is yet to do so. Does not seem to be well run as owners and staff cannot communicate.
