- GGGailFeb 2, 20265.0I decided I needed a new furnace after having my old one repaired by another company and found out later it had a crack in it that was temporarily caulked. It was so cold with minus zero temperatures last month and I called Freed. Cory came out and gave me the best proposal for a new 2 stage Lennox, they installed it 1/23/26 one of our coldest days and my house is warmer than it ever has been, A BIG thank you to all the installers also!

- PSParry SnyderFeb 1, 20235.0After experiencing recent issues with our furnace, we contacted Freed for an appointment. They had someone available the very next day. Our technician was Josh. He was on time, completed service and repairs in a reasonable amount of time and explained all needed repairs before performing them. Josh also offered to set us up for a spring and fall maintenance schedule to prevent future issues. Heather arranged the appointment and when service was complete, took payment over the phone. Thank you for being there to help in our time if need. We highly recommend Freed heating & air conditioning. Our Lennox system was installed by Freed in 2016 and has performed flawlessly until our own failure to perform proper yearly maintenance caused this most recent issue
