Most recently I needed a technician to provide winter maintenance on my home furnace. Each time I use Gene May Heating and Cooling, for home or business, I am more and more impressed by Tammy the dispatcher/ customer service rep and the technicians Kevin, Larry and Chris. In a day and age when we feel "lucky just to have someone show up" to do the necessary work, it's great to work with a company that delivers "exceptional customer service and knowlegdeable technicians". Each employee sincerely feels happy to work for such a well run organization. This is just something that we don't see often enough! Special Thanks to Mike (Owner)!!!

We were able to contact the office and our service technician to arrange for an emergency service call. Our technician, Larry C. showed up early and was able to repair the problem in a quick, professional manner. Larry has been our hvac guy for many years and always does an outstanding job. I would highly recommend Larry and Gene May agency to anyone in need this type of work.
