    Gene May Heating & Cooling has performed the spring and fall maintenance on my commercial property for many years. Most recently I needed a technician to provide winter maintenance on my home furnace. Each time I use Gene May Heating and Cooling, for home or business, I am more and more impressed by Tammy the dispatcher/ customer service rep and the technicians Kevin, Larry and Chris. In a day and age when we feel "lucky just to have someone show up" to do the necessary work, it's great to work with a company that delivers "exceptional customer service and knowlegdeable technicians". Each employee sincerely feels happy to work for such a well run organization. This is just something that we don't see often enough! Special Thanks to Mike (Owner)!!!

    They came out to install a new furnace and ac and we could not be happier with the entire experience from the initial quote to setting the bill fantastic company look forward to many more years of doing business with them
