And of course it wa the weekend He was very prompt , informative and courteous. he also let us know being weekend it would be higher and wanted to confirm that we knew upfront of the cost. He followed up the next day to assure all was good. And our dog loves him! Highly recommend this company.

He walked me through any potential issues beforehand and talked me through each step as he was working to get things resolved! - CBCarolyn Berridge6 days ago5.0I can't say enough about the two techs that B&B sent out when my regular plumber could not get past a main drain clog. Turns out there was a collapsed clay sewer pipe blocking the drainage outlet that no snake would ever have gotten past. These guys, Steven and (sorry! I didn't catch the other tech's name) called to say they were on their way and arrived on time. They had to hand dig past some very nasty sewage and broken pipe to get proper drainage going again. They also discovered that a local utility had bored into my drain line and caused the problem. I never would have known this without them going the extra steps to figure out what had gone wrong. These guys were very fast but polite and thorough. I was provided with a receipt that included photos of the issues they had discovered.

Luckily he was able to get the water flowing again the easy way and didn’t have to resort to the hard / expensive way. He gave me some advice on how to prevent the issue in the future and was on his way in no time. I had lived with the problem for months so I’m so glad I called! I won’t hesitate in the future. Reasonable price for the job too.
