Came out that day, cleared the snow and ice off my roof and will be coming back to fix the damage as soon as the weather permits. Additionally they helped me find someone to replace the damaged insulation and temporarily patch the underside of the damage to ensure no further damage. The entire team was professional, polite, and they helped immediately.
