    Took my riding mower in for a new blade and to have the deck tighten up. THEY ASKED ME IF I WANTED THEM TO GIVE MY MOWER A TUNE UP I SAID SURE IT HAD BEEN A WHILE. IGET A CALL SAYING ME MOWER TRAMSSION IS OUT IT WONT START THIS IS AFTER THE TUNE UP WANTED TO KNOW WHAT I WANTED TO DO THE NEW ONE WOULD BE ABOUT 1,2OO DOLLARS I TOLD HIM TO LEAVE IT WOULD BE BY 9N THE MORNING IT STARTED RIGHT UP I5 RUNS FOR ABOUT 4 LAPS AROUND MY YSRD AND STOPS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE TRAMSSION A FRIEND OF MINE IS GOING TO FIX IT FOR ABOUT 100 DOLLAIRITS. THEY ARE A HUGE RIP OFF TAKE OT IN WORKING GET OIT BACK BROKEN OCOURSE I WAS TOLD THEY DONT DRIVE THEM THEY JUST DO THE TUNE UP. AND THEY APPARENTLY DONT WORK ON HUSKAVAR MOWERS SO HAVING IT TOWED 2 TIMES AND A TUNE AND BLADE HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS

    Lynn Loter took our push mower to be serviced for the new season. They called and said it needed a new carberater and would be $200 to fix, so we should just buy a new mower. They wanted to know what they should do with it. We said we would pick it up. When she came to get it, they presented her with a bill for $60 and said that it was for diagnostics. She asked if they had put new oil and filter and spark plug, etc. They said no they hadn't done anything because it wouldn't start. It didn't have any gas in the mower. She told them that and the lady said, we'll that's what we charge to diagnose what the problem is. They wouldn't discuss it. We feel totally ripped off. We have used them in the past, but would not recommend them to anyone again. We have a friend who is ordering the part for less than $20 and replacing it for us. Very sad. I wish the owner would call us and discuss this.
