  This company built me a garage. Soon after it was built it started smelling musty inside. Last year I had extensive leaking around the ridge of the roof. They blamed it on the solar panels but did not give me a clear proof it was the solar panels. I put in insulation in the interior walls and roof sheathing. The insulation is discolored I. Many places where there are leaks and it is getting wet. So it’s leaking not only from the roof but also the walls. They only give a one year warranty which they did not honor last year. Im having the same issue this year but in more places and they did not honor their warranty. They gave me a decent price. It took several months to complete building. They rushed through each step and they didn’t do the next step until months later. I don’t know how long the garage will last.

  The company built a garage for me. It was completed in timely fashion. It was the best price as well. Good quality. Electrical setup didn't go as I planned. Also I didn't start off on the right foot with the salesman. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. There have been a couple of issues that popped up, which is to be expected with a new build , but the company immediately sent some one out to inspect and fix the issue, and they did fix it, and were very nice about it.

  Chicagoland Garage Builders did a wonderful job building me the garage of my dreams! They work quickly and efficiently, while producing quality work. They were very flexible when it came to my schedule, and I am appreciative for them!

  They replaced driveways for my neighbor and me in 2018. Within a week of the concrete being poured cracks started appearing, and the surface began flaking. Both of us had the same issues. When we called to ask about it we were told "we don't warranty our work." Eventually the rep we were working with just stopped returning our calls or answering the phone. At this point, it's been 4 years since the concrete was poured. I don't expect anyone to come fix my driveway. I want to warn others to review their contracts closely before they move forward with an expensive project. I'm posting this because I started a new concrete project with another contractor. When discussing the problems I had with my driveway, they assured me that they warranty their work, and things like cracking and flaking should not have happened and would have been fixed had they done the job.
