  They installed a new furnace for us in 2023.They failed to ensure it was vented properly. as the vent they tied into went right in the attic. Letting carbon monoxide trapped in the house When called they informed us we need to buy a high efficacy. so it can be vented a different way. which we did. They did not offer a discount and stated its not their responsibility to ensure the unit is vented properly upon installation. upon asking to keep the 2 year old unit. Was informed they already had it sold. And i need to “go back to my own country “ they then charged me 40$ fee for them to transport to their shop. as they would have to pay their employee i feel they should of installed the correct furnace the first time and upon discovery of it not being installed correctly maybe ofer a discount. or to properly vent current unit at no charge. & upon asking to keep unit that they installed 2023. Was informed they already had it sold and in-should quote Go Back to My own Country. is not right. they had no problem taking my $. We have used this company twice before we will never give them a single $,€,¥,£ every again. and i will stay in whatever country i please as This is America snd we are all Immigrants. and. the roof was put on and chimney was removed prior to your install as it was done before we bought it. so no we did not hire someone to plug it after your install. just admit your fault. Ask central roofing as they already admitted their fault and made it right with us you failed to ensure it was properly vented. just admit it. people make mistakes making them right is the next step

  We've done business with Paradise with our heating and air conditioning a few times within recent years. Their ability to schedule service in a reasonable timeframe is wonderful, and their professionalism is great. They're adept at what they do, and I recommend hiring them for HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.

  A/C system stopped cooling this summer. Paradise came over the same day I called and found that the system lost all its Freon and had to be replaced. They were able to cut the installation cost By not having to remove the furnace by finding a coil that would fit.
