  Jared repaired our dishwasher drain hose and stopped a massive leak that was getting water all over our kitchen floor. He found a second leak we didn't know about and stopped that one, too. Thank you, Jared! We'll be calling Harrelson again when the need arises.

  They charged me 160$ just to come out to my house when the guy that came out told me he wouldn't charge me anything. I called back and was expecting to pay closer to 100 and it was 160$. Then they took 2 weeks to come back to my house to fix my furnace when I had the money the whole time so I went two weeks in the middle of winter without any heat. My pipes also needed fixing and the guy that came told me he could do my pipes for 1000$ for the parts plus labor so around 2k I assume. For a month now I've been calling because it was the only affordable place for me to get these pipes fixed and now they just won't answer my calls. They told me they were getting pricing and have just completely blown me off. Horrible customer service and the woman at the front desk is horrible at her job. Never answers the phone. Thanks harrelsons I've been out of water for months and you've made it worse.

  I keep receiving emails to leave a review, so decided to finally do so. My experience with this company has been very subpar. They did fix my issue, but for the time they charged I would have expected a plumber to be more efficient than they seemed to be. Scheduling was not smooth for that job either. I have also called this company on other occasions to get quotes or estimates, but they never follow up. Cant say I would recommend them but also don't know who I would suggest for this area.
