  Carrier Mills Auxiliary Post 364 is well pleased with the recent flooring that was installed at the American Legion. The process of finding what we wanted, purchasing the product, and getting the job completed was made seamless with the help of Barb at Floorscapes. The floor layers were very professional, competent in their job, and went over and above to be helpful.

  We could not be happier with our new kitchen floor! It is truly a work of art. The installer(dare I say "artist") Brian was a true Master Craftsman! His attention to detail, professionalism, kindness and respect for our home was outstanding. The level of artistry involved in our custom floor was above and beyond anything we could have imagined. It is gorgeous! You can trust in the good people at Floorscapes...... They bring beauty to the world one floor at a time!

  Terrible! I had reached out to Barb a number of occasions about tile in my bathroom and flooring in my family room and hallway. It’s been six weeks since the measurements and I still don’t have a quote despite requesting it again two weeks ago. I also had to ask for a quote a month after they measured for blinds. Barb gave me a total quote and never gave an itemized quote after asking for it. I ended up going to another place for my tile in which on the same day they got my measurements they plugged it in the computer and gave me a quote within 5 minutes. I ordered and received my tile in a week. If I knew the process could be that quick I would’ve done things differently. It’s clear now that Barb didn’t want my business because I was more than patient with her and reached out to her more than she did with me. She wasted so much of my time and delayed my project. I really feel that she shouldn’t have the opportunity to do it to someone else and if they want to pick and choose their customers then perhaps they should go private instead of wasting the public’s time. I would give zero stars. My contractor was there with you when you did the the measurements, those details were discussed.

  Awesome business! Can't say enough good about this business! They have done our floors throughout the house! Kitchen remodel tile was purchase they installed excellent marksmanship! Now they are doing a custom shower for us. All I can say is wow Excellent from the quality of material and the marksmanship of their installers and all of their staff!

  They had a great selection of quality flooring products. They helped our committee find good choices for commercial grade carpet and vinyl plank flooring. Their product knowledge was excellent. I was so impressed, I went back later to pick out flooring samples for my own house.
