Baker & Son’s Plumbing Inc. was established in 1986. Dick Baker received his United States Plumbing License in 1968 and almost 25 years later his two sons Rick and Rusty, followed in his footsteps. - TATerry Aud4 days ago5.0This is the second storm shelter/safe room that our family has purchased from Baker and Sons. Our family was very much impacted by the May 16, Marion tornado. We saw first hand the destruction a tornado can cause. Hunter and Patrick again did the installation of our 6X6 storm shelter. They were both very professional, friendly, and answered any questions I had. I recommend Baker and Sons if you’re looking for a storm shelter.

Brian and Bronson were pleasant to work with - very polite, thorough in their explanation of the work done, cleaned up after themselves. Our children were comfortable around them, and even our dogs, who tend to be timid and barky around strangers, were peaceful and slept a majority of the time. All of the work done looks and functions wonderfully.

I went in the house aftwr the tech left I went out a noticed the pump cover was damaged and then I received the e-mail with an enrollment for the annual service, which is not the concern. I scrolled down and looked at the notes that state "auto renewed client" and my signature was forged at the bottom of the invoice. Needless to say they have lost a client
- DDDoug DaggettNov 15, 20255.0Alex and Rowan showed up in the scheduled window. They were very polite and friendly. They both wore masks as I had requested. After I showed them and explained everything I needed, they got their tools and got to work. They finished the kitchen faucet installation quicker than I thought it would take. Then, they got to work on installing an outdoor spigot and putting new handles on my dog bathing tub faucets. Again, they got it finished quicker than I thought it would take. When they finished, they cleaned up everything, showed me the finished jobs and asked if I was satisfied. After that I paid my bill and off they went. I can’t say enough good things about Alex and Rowan, and Gary the previous day. They were all very professional, friendly, polite, knowledgeable and got the jobs done in a timely and efficient manner. I’ve used Baker Plumbing for 40+ years and have never been unhappy with any job they have done for me.
- MGM GNov 11, 20255.0Our water heater stopped working on Monday morning. Called Baker and Son’s Plumbing that morning and they called back within 15 minutes. Gaje arrived and was able to give me 5 estimates and emphasized they could install it that same day. He didn’t pressure me, and even went to sit out in his van while I called my wife to talk things over. I said thanks, but we will look for additional estimates. After calling multiple places, I found two recurring themes: 1) several places never returned my call, and 2) if they did return my call, they were booked out for the entire week. So I called Baker and Son’s back, and they sent Lukas out that afternoon to do the install and finished it by 4pm. The install looks amazing and extremely professional.
