  I called on a saturday, and Andrew showed up first thing monday I was super pleased with how accomodating, quick, knowledgeable, and helpful Andrew was. He explained the options in depth and was helpful with any questions I had. Would recommend Baker and Sons to anyone who needs something fixed quick and done correctly!

  I had a concern regarding a potentially leaky pipe in our crawlspace and called Baker & Sons to investigate. I was thrilled with Dane and Landon's prompt and professional assessment of my concern and grateful they brought some additional issues to my attention, with clear explanations, photos, and recommended actions. Though no work was needed at this time, I'd be glad to call upon their expertise again when needed!

  Jessie was amazing. He explained every detail to us and answered all my questions. He never once rushed or pressured us in anyway. He took time to make sure we completely understood every detail. He took time not only with us but the people showing up to mark the ground for the work next week. If everyone at Baker and Son are as helpful as Jessie, you will not regret working with them. Today our septic system was installed. The dedicated, diligent young men that did the installation were top notch. Great work, answered questions and from start to finish were very profession. Thank you, Chase Arnold and Ruger Hoover.

  Andrew S., Jesse P., Austin M and their teams did a terrific job handling our sewer line backup and all subsequent repairs and new installations. They were professional, on time, answered our questions fully, and worked until the work was completed. In addition, they removed all of the debris, including their own. In addition, these professionals brought to our attention a problem that no other plumber had detected since we bought the house 25 years ago; they provided a good fix and prevented a future plumbing disaster.And we appreciated Austin’s clear explanation of our newly installed reverse osmosis system. Yay Baker and Sons!

  Poor customer service/poor service overall - called & scheduled service to fetch a toy from toilet, they left toilet in worse shape than starting the job. Charged me $450 for service. Come to find out they broke flange to toilet & now wanna charge 600$ for a new flange and can only come next week to repair their mess up. Funny thing is, they gave me an option before hand of $1300ish for fetching toy and replacing toilet bc it had better flushing power than the one I have now, my toilet I have is only 2 yrs old nothing is wrong with it. My kid just stuck a duplo block down it & now Im pretty sure its the most expensive block known to mankind. I feel taken advantage of.
