  The installers were friendly, professional and knowledgeable with my new furnace and air conditioner units. They were on time and completed our installation quickly. They throughly cleaned up. Highly recommend this company !

  Asa was complete in explaining the capacity of the replacement sump pump, saying Zoeller was a top quality pump for its intended use. He also kept me updated with progress on the job as I stayed home from work to be here during the replacement. We also collaborated on setting the height of my high water sensor to properly trigger a high water level in sump pit alarm as it needed to be mounted properly above the new pump on the PVC pipe. We did a full test checking for leaks as the pump exits the wall into a pipe that routes to a french drain away from the foundation and in the yard. Airman is the only place I will go for HVAC or plumbing needs as their track record in the past 10 years at my home has proven reliable and trouble free with clearly states quotes up front.   Jose and his crew were excellent! We appreciate the time they took to make sure our new furnace and air conditioner worked perfectly. Also noted that everything was vacuumed and cleaned where they were working. Very courteous and pleasant to work with!

  Brian and Andy were here 2 days installing a tankless hot water system in our home. They were very friendly and they willingly addressed all my questions and explained the entire process very thoroughly. They took the time to carefully check that the system was working properly. We couldn't be happier with our decision to use this company.

  Not great. Called the company to come out to accomplish two tasks. They did the first one fine, but apparently it took longer than anticipated. At 3:00 pm while they were in the middle (beginning?) of the second task, they told us “times up” packed up and left. They left holes in my floor and the job very far from done. What’s worse is when I called to get the rest of the job scheduled, the company didn’t return my calls to get an estimate or work scheduled. During the job the service tech pushed back on our requests to have a thermostat placed and seemed inconvenienced by the idea of performing the work. We will not use this company again.
