  Very quick to respond, came out the same day. Fixed my toilet and explained what was wrong. Had pictures to show me the problem. The gentleman was very polite and respectful! The best part he even cleaned up behind himself. I highly recommend this company!

  I highly recommend Peace of Mind Plumbing. When our basement flooded, kitchen sink clogged, and we were afraid to use the restrooms, Jacob and Cole were incredibly helpful in resolving the issue. Their kindness and professionalism in service were greatly appreciated.

  I called Peace of Mind plumbing from a referral, from start to finish the whole experience was a refreshing change of pace, in an ever increasing world of lack of customer care Peace of Mind pluming is focused on dedicated customer first practices , Jacob the owner answered my call right away and was standing face to face with me within 30 minuets of calling to discuss my needs and options for the job , upon agreement of services we agreed on a time to start the job , Jacob explained what to expect ,informed me who would arrive and performed the work , on the day of the appointment Pete arrived on sight on time with his apprentice Micha his son who wants to follow in his dads footsteps (Micha is one of the most polite young adults I have met in a long time) , introduced himself, shook my hand with a friendly greeting and proceeded promptly to perform the work this was a fairly large job that was going to take appx. 4 days to complete, in that time , I had built a good repour with Pete during the process he would take the time to answer any questions I might have had , Pete has been a plumber for over 30 years and is extremely detail oriented and cares very much about his workmanship , unfortunately a trait lacking in todays world, the work was completed with perfection and on time and at the price agreed upon (no surprises with price increase), a follow up inspection by the owner to inspect the job to be done in accordance to code and to his company standards and to answer any questions I might have , I cannot praise this company and Jacobs staff enough , also props given to Amber (Jacobs office personnel ) for exceptional phone etiquette and pleasant professional attitude , in all I would not hesitate to use this company for future jobs that may need to be performed and will highly recommend them to all my friends and family, well done Jacob and staff of Peace of Mind Plumbing.

  We're very happy with the work Peace of Mind Plumbing did for us this fall. Unfortunately, three of our rental properties developed leaks- a sewer line leak, a water line leak, and a boiler circulating pump leak. We really appreciate the prompt, professional, and courteous service provided by Peace of Mind. They are extremely knowledgeable and take pride in doing a meticulous job at a fair and reasonable price. It’s good to know that we can count on them if we have any plumbing problems in the future.
