They called CMS Saturday morning little after 8 a.m. Someone stopped out and turns out it was the main power switch (same type of switch that would turn on any household light). They were there a total of 20 minutes. My parents which are in there 80s received a invoice in the mail for $489. I feel that is a bit ridiculous. The invoice is not itemized so Im not sure what we payed for? It just showed a $99 service charge. Invoice # 13480

They were at my house within an hour. He was able to repair it the same day. He was very thorough and gave great advice to be able to have longevity with my heating system. I would definitely recommend this company. I’m a lifetime customer.
