Unfortunately, I only received a quote for one of them — replacing a drain, overflow plate, and faucet — which they quoted at $450. Despite following up three separate times, I never received the remaining quotes. I kept getting excuses and delays, and eventually asked for a refund since they charged me $98 upfront but never completed the job of providing a full estimate. This company lacks communication, follow-through, and professionalism. If you’re looking for a business that values your time and provides timely service, I do not recommend this one.
