- SKsanket kulkarni2 days ago1.0I was committed a date for windows installation mid of December. It’s mid of January and I am still awaiting a status on my Windows order. Highly unprofessional. No communication. They have the deposit. Followed up multiple times. Every time the front desk says that she needs to follow up with production manager and will give you a call back. The call back never happens. Finally received a call back and she mentioned that they have no update so far and the delay is because of customized order. Well, yes I have a customized order and was known when the dates were being discussed. Hopefully the delay is worth it and the installation is good, whenever they do come here and install. Hope that happens soon though.

It took three months to get scheduled. Keep in mind they have my deposit in hand Second of all, they subcontract all their work. They originally stated that everything is done in House, which is completely false information their subcontractors don’t know what they’re doing. They had told me they were going to show up on a Wednesday morning never did Showed up the following day didn’t do much of anything unloaded all the garbage In my yard, all screws, nails, and Debris third day was Friday finally started Removing Siding Saturday still removing Siding and install some of it but made them remove it because they were not putting the paper Sunday they said they were coming didn’t end up showing long story short they took two weeks to complete and still managed to leave half ass work and not clean up at all will never hire this company they also don’t pull i permits like they said they were going to very disappointed in the workmanship I Owe a concrete company and this is the worst company I have ever encountered
