  Rockford Siding is a well know company and a very professional company, we are very happy with their work. They completely replaced our entire roof in 2 days. They cleaned up as they replaced our roof each time. One good thing about Rockford Siding they are aim too please and we are very pleased. Thank You, Rockford Siding.

  I was committed a date for windows installation mid of December. It’s mid of January and I am still awaiting a status on my Windows order. Highly unprofessional. No communication. They have the deposit. Followed up multiple times. Every time the front desk says that she needs to follow up with production manager and will give you a call back. The call back never happens. Finally received a call back and she mentioned that they have no update so far and the delay is because of customized order. Well, yes I have a customized order and was known when the dates were being discussed. Hopefully the delay is worth it and the installation is good, whenever they do come here and install. Hope that happens soon though.

  Following the hailstorm event, the contractor Rockford Siding and Window conducted a thorough inspection of the windows and exterior components. Based on their professional assessment, the windows sustained damage consistent with hail impact. Throughout the process, the contractor has continued to provide reliable support and clear guidance while we working with the insurance carrier to get the coverage of the damaged windows.
