  Very good experience! Ordered two windows for upstairs bedrooms and the wait time was reasonable, and the installation was great! Will definitely use them again!

  I would like to thank Matt S, Corey and Adam for our new roof and gutters. After a lengthy process with our insurance company, State Farm who for over a one year process would only agree to pay for 3 shingles and some caps from hail damage. Matt, our salesman promised that they would not stop until our roof was replaced after being told all was covered except 30% from SF. They brought out a high tech drone that showed all the damage from the hail storm. Finally something shifted and they agreed to replace the roof and gutters at 100%. Adam’s roofing crew came out on a Wednesday and was done that Friday. The gutters were all replaced the following Monday. Rockford siding and windows got it done by not giving up.

  I got bids from several places. These guys were competitive but not the cheapest. They did by far the most comprehensive sales pitch so I decided to go with them. We initially chose one color and switched before they ordered product. I asked them to bring samples back out, that took multiple calls over weeks. That should have been my first clue. After we selected new color it took several more calls over a few weeks to get confirmation they ordered materials. Was told they did......weeks ago by, I hear nothing about scheduling. I keep calling, keep getting run around, now we're months in. Finally I get a call that they'll be out next day to drop material and start work in two days. That doesn't give me enough job to retrim bushes to spec they warned me they needed so they come in and hack away at my landscaping. Crew was super friendly and overall did decent work but the cleanup was awful, nails all over, after we thought we got all from driveway still ended up popping a tire. They broke two of our lights so they couldn't be out back up. We had wind chimes hanging that obviously needed to come down, they left them in bushes. They called the next day and said they were coming over to get material and clean up. They took extra material, including open box stuff, left nothing of a custom color in case there's damage in future, never did a walk through with me and the house was super dirty, they did nothing to clean or wipe it down. Just submitted completion to finance company. Wife is happy with color and final look but no way I'd ever hire these guys again or recommend them. ****Update, the owner responded to my review and blames us for changing colors. Our changing colors didn't cause months if delays with no communication and no clean up afterwards. Ouf changing colors did cause the fascia to come of first time there were high winds. Our changing colors did not cause them to not call back for over a week when we complained about parts coming off and us having to call multi times and the material is still laying in my yard or the fact they didn't put cable wires back and stretched all over. Not every install is going to go perfect but it says a lot about company if they stand behind their work or not and this company has chosen not to.

  Rockford Siding and Windows, from the owner to the installation crew, were great to work with. Got the product that fit our wants with special order colors instead of the standard offerings of most companies. Installers also did a great jobs and after installing followed through with cleanup and instruction.
