- AMAmber MorelandAug 13, 20251.0My repairman reached out to them to replace my water heater that was still under warranty and the salesman there that he spoke to on the phone told him to cut the serial number information off my water heater and bring it in and they would get him a new water heater. He proceeded to do what was he was told to do, brought it in and the salesman's manager told my repairman the he was supposed to video himself with the water heater and by cutting off the information, he had voided that warranty, and they did not replace the water heater. And the gentleman that had told him that, did not fight for it either. SO DISAPPOINTING!!! If you buy from them, pray you make it through you warranty on everything. My repairman did not charge me for my new water heater (Bought somewhere else) because he said he stands behind his work, and he had put the not voided warranty one in for me on the first place. Ferguson's will not do that for you!

They didn’t give me a hard time like other companies with the return/exchange part warranty. Overall a great company and I look forward to doing more business with them!
