  I have a 100 year old house, and I noticed the roof was leaking into one bathroom on the 2nd floor when it would rain heavily. When looking around I realized Eldridge was the best local roofing company in the area. They do assessments, patch jobs and are experienced at working on older homes. It was January when they came out to assess the first time, and it wasn't safe to be on the roof yet. Once it was warmer, I sent pictures of the inside of the roof clearly showing holes all the way through the shingles. Troy came out right away to put a minor patch on the open spots to get me by until we could schedule a full repair, and in the process realized that the decking was rotted. He sent me pictures of before & after, and what they found. Whoever had put shingles down for the prior owners of my house didn't place any weather barrier between the decking and the shingles! Once it was safe, we scheduled to repair the whole section. They handled it all while I was at work. Everything was completed in one day - and RIGHT before severe weather hit. Again, I received pictures when they showed up, The stages of work - including the correct weather barrier - and when the work was completed. Not a drop of water has come in since, even with the hail/sleet/snow that midwestern spring brings. They had great communication & were super easy to work with & accommodating of my schedule. AND they cleaned up after themselves. I didn't have any mess in the bushes or driveway. Once I'm ready to replace the rest of the roof, I'll be calling them again!

  Just had our roof ripped off (2 layers) and a new roof done. From the first step, Joe was friendly, professional and efficient. He made the entire process very smooth. Their crew of 6 arrived and were on the roof by 7:15am.. Our house and detached garage were done and the crew was gone by 4pm! Headed outside to see how it looked, and there was not a single trace of garbage or mess to be found! No one would have ever known the roof had been redone! Worth EVERY penny! We will recommend Eldridge Roofing, Joe and the crew to everyone we know!
