  Had a new roof put on in May. We were out of town when they did the work. They were supposed to put two skylights with internal blinds in and when we got home the skylights didn’t have the blinds. They were also supposed to put in a new power vent in the attic and they did not do it. They finally showed up a couple of weeks ago to install the power vent but we already hired someone else to finish the job. We have asked to be reimbursed for the skylights and the vent but have they will not call us back.

  Highly recommended!!! Great people to work with!!! Doug - came out to measure for quote. Very knowable and easy to work with. Aaron - worked with us on estimate, telling us everything that would be done. Main contact. Wayne - scheduled the job for the crew and made sure everything needed was here to finish the job. Above and beyond, it was a very hot week when job was to start. Wayne checked with village and us if crew could start at 6:00am. Janell - office manager, very helpful and easy to talk to. She was great! ***The Crew - wow, they were here at 6:00am and wrapped up first day around 7:30pm. Was over 90 degrees out and they never slowed down. Finished detached garage and tool shed first day, and had house prepared for next day. Next day showed up at 6:00am, Finished hous,, cleaned up and were done. Highly recommended.   Great roofers. I recommend working with Jeff. He was so nice and really walked us through the process. The roofers working on the job took their time and were very diligent.
