  Kevin is a great communicator and was able to talk through troubleshooting options related to my outdoor connection line in addition to a thorough post work inspection to ensure no identifiable issues were present once completed. Would recommend Kevin and this company for future plumbing work.

  We called Jim Wagner Plumbing, Inc. for the first time after we had a bad experience with another company. Our sump pump was no longer operating and needed to be replaced. Jason Saylor arrived and took the time to listen to us and was thorough in explaining what needed to be done and what our options were. He’s very nice, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We were especially grateful to him when he pointed out something that was done in our basement by a handyman, which could have resulted in a fire. He efficiently installed a new sump pump for us. We feel fortunate to have found someone who is trustworthy, and will definitely call him back again for other repairs and replacements.
