Top notch customer service! And they did a great job with the original install, including cleaning g out all the wells to ensure all drains were functioning properly.

I waited and noticed a van pull up. I began getting ready to answer the door but no one rang the bell and off the van left. A card was left in my door and I called the number immediately. The person indicated he would find out why they left but insisted they would have rang the bell. Well, they didn’t! He also indicated maybe I had covers so they saw them and left because they don’t remove those. Ok I wasn’t told that when I made appointment but even so, one didn’t have a cover and the other had a non connected plastic top my 10 year old can remove. No call back was ever made to me. No follow through speaks volumes.
