  When it was time to get new flooring I wanted someone local and family owned. That’s why I chose Marchio’s. From start to finish they were wonderful to work with. I met Michelle and she helped me choose some flooring samples to take home. After choosing one Jordan helped me with the final steps. Michelle and Jordan were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I had two expert installers, Alex and Paul who were very hard working and prompt. So thank you so much Michelle, Jordan, Alex, Paul and Kevin. I will always recommend Marchio’s.

  We recently had Marchio Tile & Carpet complete work in two of our bathrooms — the basement bathroom and the kitchen bathroom — and we could not be happier with the results. Kevin and his team did an outstanding job from start to finish. The quality of the workmanship was excellent in both spaces. The tile installation was done with great attention to detail, everything was laid evenly, and the finished look completely transformed the bathrooms. The basement bathroom came out beautiful and feels much more updated and polished, while the kitchen bathroom was finished just as nicely and fits perfectly with the style of our home. Kevin was professional, reliable, and very easy to work with throughout the entire process. He communicated clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was done exactly the way we wanted. It was obvious that he takes pride in his work and truly cares about customer satisfaction. What really stood out was the craftsmanship and care put into every detail. The final result exceeded our expectations, and we are extremely happy with how both bathrooms turned out. I highly recommend Marchio Tile & Carpet and Kevin to anyone looking for high-quality tile work and excellent service. Five stars all the way!

  We shopped several local flooring stores and the big box stores before I stumbled upon Kevin and his team at Marchio Carpet in downtown Lockport. Best find we have made in a while. Prices were extremely competitive, but the service is what was overwhelming. Jordan took care of a lot of my questions, and he and Kevin took over and made the whole process extremely smooth. Besides the carpet, they installed hardwood on our steps that everyone comments how great they look. I’m a big believer in shopping local, and you will be taken well care of at Marchio!

  We had a wonderful experience with Marchio Tile & Carpet from start to finish. From the very beginning, they promised a no-pressure sales approach — and they absolutely meant it. We never felt rushed or pushed into making a decision. They were extremely knowledgeable and very patient while we worked through choosing the best carpet for our home. They took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we felt confident in our choice. The installation process went just as smoothly. The crew was polite, professional, and handled our furniture with great care. Everything was completed efficiently and looks fantastic. I highly recommend Marchio Tile & Carpet!
