I’ve been a returning customer, but unfortunately, Morton’s customer service has been disappointing. The Litchfield, IL office does not answer calls, and Morton as a whole seems uninterested in follow-ups. We initially sat down with them about a year and a half ago to design a building, requested a few plan changes, and then—nothing. No updates, no follow-ups, just silence. Even after reaching out to headquarters, they acted like they were going to connect us with someone, but nothing came of it. It’s frustrating because I genuinely like their buildings, but their lack of communication makes it clear why the Jacksonville, IL office closed. It seems they’re too busy to follow up with potential customers.

Despite repeated attempts to discuss a hobby building, I could not get them to call me. No longer considering Morton Building as a partner in my building project. Morton was 1 of 3 builders I was considering, they are the first option I am no longer considering. If you can't even get them to call you to discuss a project, can you imagine what it'd be like to work with them after you put a deposit down? No. No thank you.
Morton Buildings, Inc. there is no need to respond.
The other 2 builders have been responsive, interested, and helpful in assisting me with my upcoming building project. Well they should! I have a $100,000+ budget for the project.

Reached out on two occasions for a quote on a project and was told their “salesman” would reach out and discuss. After 3 months he never reached out. Needless to say this “salesman” needs a different occupation because it’s kind of hard to sell when you refuse to return customers calls and e-mails. I would recommend anyone over a company like this.
