  Cory came out and inspected my roof and explained everything in detail. Answered every question I had and walked me through everything with the insurance. Would highly recommend him and elite roofing for all of your exterior needs!

  Adam worked with us throughout the whole process. We had to have a roof on our house and on my dad's house, due to a hailstorm. Both roofs needed total replacement and some minor gutter and trim replacement. I was pleased with the work on both roofs.

  First of all, I want to say that my husband and I hired them because we wanted someone local and that was veteran owned and had high hopes because of the good things we had heard.. Unfortunately, these past five months have been a mess. When it came time to pick up the check, they were here the very next day when it came time for someone to actually work here it took weeks. The first crew that was sent here to work was here one day and then two weeks went by with no one showing up again. After many calls and text, it turns out the crew was saying that they were working on our house when they actually were not showing up. So they sent another crew weeks later to start working on the roof when they showed up they knocked on the door and asked ME what they were supposed to be working on. I had to call my husband so many times and bother him at work To ask specifically what was supposed to be getting done on our house because these guys did not seem to know at first. Just to do the roof, it took them weeks in between them taking breaks from working on the roof our floors and ceiling flooded four more times In the process. And that wasn’t even on their list of things to fix for some reason and was one of our biggest issues. After three months, our house finally got done with the roof and gutters, but it was such a long drawn out price process that should’ve only taken in my opinion a couple weeks or maybe even a month tops. I completely understand that you have to order materials and stuff and wait for them to show up to start work, but this was beyond that. The owner never once apologize to us for our weight, which would’ve been nice, No one ever sent us hardly any updates while the week went by in days went by of us waiting for someone else to show up to work, They barely replied to text in general. Didn’t seem very professional. The only one that was apologetic and seemed very professional was I think Adam. There were also a lot of times that they would tell us someone was coming and no one would ever show up. In October, they finally wanted to finish the interior job, which is what we had to wait more weeks and months to get done but by that time my husband and I were so fed up that we just told them forget it and we’re gonna pay someone else out of our own pocket to finish what we really need done.
