  I have been methodically replacing all the windows in my house over the past several years and I have used Window World for all the replacements except for the 1st time. Other companies give you such a hard sell and keep offering to take more and more off while Window World gives you an excellent price right out of the gate. My consultant, Rob, was honest, upfront and listened to what I wanted. The installations always went smoothly and if I had a question after install, Window World was on it. This time I needed a new back door. I saved the Window World consultation for last (of 3), First company quoted me over $18,000 for a door with a peephole, unfinished, with low end hardware, Second company quoted me over $8,000. Neither of the salesmen opened the door to see the full picture. Rob came out, took measurements, looked over the whole door system, gave me a lot of options at a MUCH lower price. Based on the good experiences I've had with Window World, I signed on the dotted line that evening. I was able to get a much nicer door than I anticipated, within my budget. Door was ready for install in about four weeks. Installation was quick, professional and I have to say that I smile every time I look out that door. I have nothing to say but good things about my experiences with Window World and I have referred neighbors and co-workers to them and every single one of them is as pleased as I am. Give them a call - you won't be disappointed.

  The sale rep, Harley, was excellent so I felt that we made a great choice in Window World early on. He was knowledgeable and could speak to the pros/cons of all window options within their selection and from other sellers. Joel who handled coordination was accessible and would confirm all dates/requests. We had other projects going on in our house so we had to ask WW to wait and hold the window for several months. Not a problem at all. And the installer was neat and technically capable. He showed us how to operate the window too. We live in a condo so the window needed to match all others and upfront Harley made sure we met the requirements. I recommend them highly.

  It was a great experience from the time Rob the salesman came and showed us the various styles and windows to the removal and installation of the windows. We had one window sash that wasn’t correct and window world replaced it with no problem or any extra costs.

  If anyone needs windows at all, I tell them, "I got a guy" - Harley at Window World. We worked with Harley for our basement windows that needed to be replaced as part of our basement refinishing project in summer 2025. He was great to work with. Prices were very reasonable and the quality is excellent. I just followed up with Harley in March of 2026 for a question about tax deductions. Called late on Friday afternoon and he told me he would help get the info I needed on Monday. He followed through on what he said and got back to me todday (the following Monday) confirming what I needed. Can't recommend them enough!
