He helped me get exactly what I needed & didn’t push for more. He also made suggestions where needed. He even recommended a cat toy that my cat now loves! Lol. The crew that installed the windows did a great job and cleaned up after themselves well. No complaints there. They finished the job quicker than I thought they would, too. Overall, very positive and professional experience. I would recommend window world to anyone & everyone!

The company makes its own windows, and that's a big plus. That's exactly what I wanted. If there are any problems in the future, I know everything will be resolved with a single phone number; the installers won't blame the window manufacturer, and then the manufacturer won't blame an installation error. Having everyone on the same team simplifies the overall experience for the customer. The installation went great! The team was friendly. Upd: I forgot to add that I'm planning on replacing the front door and backyard doors. As soon as I'm ready, I know who to contact ;)
