Chris was outstanding. He took the time to clearly explain what was wrong, walked us through how he planned to fix it, and made sure we understood each step of the process. He was thorough, professional, and extremely easy to work with throughout the entire visit. We were also pleasantly surprised that the final cost came in lower than the original quote, which speaks to their honesty and integrity. We will absolutely reach out to TopTec again (hopefully not anytime soon) and would recommend both TopTec generally and Chris specifically without hesitation.
