  Called TOP TEC from the Lake County Yellow pages. Service tech came out today his name was Ken, took care of several problems Garbage Disposal, Shower head replacement. Good and prompt service. I will use them again for any plumbing issues i have.

  You get what you pay for and this is absolutely the truth in certain instances! I read reviews, speaking about how pricey this company can be! But again, you get what you pay for! And I got what I paid for! I got quality service, professionals, professional installation, and good people. I am former US Army and I believe in doing everything to the best of my ability! Thank you for top-tier installation and service! 🇺🇸 ✌️✌🏾 PS: Pleaseeee, don’t forget you get what you pay for! And I would recommend #TOPTEC thank you, Steve, Chris and Ken! 💯 1000.00+

  Had a subscription with them and just cancelled it, my doorbell chime was buzzing so I called them to send electrician to fix it, he ended up replacing the chime and mentioned that the Nest doorbell connection with chime has low voltage, few days later the new chime started making even more noise, I called them again and the front office person was rude and said they are not specialized in electronics and she would ask the technician to call me, when he did he said the issue is with the voltage not the chime and when I asked on why he replaced the chime then if it wasn’t the problem he said my wife asked him to do so which of course never happened, around 300 dollars down the drain for incompetent and poor customer service.

  **Caveat Emptor.** First and last time with these people. Worst HVAC company I’ve ever seen. The incompetence is truly unreal at TopTec. They like to price gauge and take advantage of vulnerable customers. I called them on an emergency basis and left me and the kids in the freezing cold house because they quoted over $10,000 to replace my entire system. Heck no. I got a second opinion by going to another company and was able to repair a system malfunction no problem. The heat in my home may have not been working in my home, but my head was sure to be thinking straight. Since then, my heat has been fully restored and running throughout the remainder of this winter. I do not recommend Toptec. Lost my trust and business forever. Avoid them and get a second opinion.
