However, Nick said that he would send me the estimate in 1-2 days and a referral to permaseal. I had to reach out to him to find out about his permaseal referral because there was no follow up. Fast forward a few days, I had still not heard anything from Nick so I reached out to him again. He said that I would have the estimate the next day. Two days passed, I already contracted with permaseal and I reached out again. Nick said that he had just talked to George from permaseal and he was going to set up the estimate to take into account the removal permaseal was already doing and I would have the quote the next day. The quote never came and permseal has already come out, so that excuse was pointless. I have not heard from Nick and I am extremely disappointed to have been led on for so long. If my business was not wanted, you should not have wasted my time.
