I selected Herb's Door Service based on the favorable reviews. I contacted the company. The office manager taking my call was very cordial in taking my information and indicated the technician would be able to come out that afternoon. Both door springs were replaced. Not only was the operation of the door restored, but the operation is a lot quieter than it had been in years. I would not hesitate to use this family owned and operated business again or to recommend it to a friend.
