  These guys were very professional responded quickly they were very courteous and did one hell of a job I certainly appreciate it thank you River City septic and Excavating I would highly recommend anybody needing Septic Service to consider these guys they were spot on

  Called River City Septic for an estimate on fixing the main water line to our house. They came out that day to check it out. They had it fixed right away. Very professional and service was great. Highly recommend!!!

  Less than a year ago ww had River City 3 install a new septic system at our new build, who our contractor recommended. Four or five days before the 24th Cristmas Eve, we had an issue with a leak coming through the sewer line penetrating the basement wall to the tank and had them come in and see what the problem was, we'll they informed me that the pipe to the tank had broken. So I had asked what had caused it to break and before even digging on the outside they said the ground had settled in and around the pipe and the weight ot 3ft of dirt pulled it down. I was greatfull they were able to fix it in the next couple of days beeing it was so close to the 24th, I'm sure I would have had a hard time getting someone else. So I thought they would back they're installation work that ther would be no charge but I was wrong I got charged for the service which I had a hard time with but had no choice but to get done. It brings me to think they install and dirt work was improperly done. So I would have a hard time recommending them.
