Augusto and his team also did a great job on the new tiles. Everyone was very helpful, patient, and kept us informed throughout the entire project.

Not only was the work of extremely high-quality, but they cleaned up daily, leaving the home, as clean as possible. DeSitter stands behind, not only their product, but also their work. If they do not have an answer right away, for any issue that may arise, they will work at it until they find a solution, that is satisfactory to the client. They did not cut corners and they want their customers to be 100% happy. They truly know what the words customer service and customer satisfaction mean. In this day and age, this is very rare to find.

Sales lady was nice untile I called to let her know that the trim on my carpeting had pieces that were shredded and she just told me that's nothing to worry about because it was from the end of the roll and you can just cut it off. Plus, the installers didn't really understand English they also told my mom and no we can not watch/see them installing the carpet.most of all I felt like I was doing something illegal because put my whole transaction on paper even though I just paid half on credit and the rest I had to give to the installers in cash only. It is ashame because I used them in my first condo fourteen years earlier and was very satisfied .only one person installed it and came bame to reinstall a small part of carpeting.
