  Buyer beware. I had a brand-new French door installed less than a year ago, and by early January 2026 I discovered a significant leak. I promptly contacted the company to address the issue, especially since the installation is still under warranty. Since February 2026, I have made multiple attempts to reach the company for updates on the repair status, but my calls and messages have gone unanswered. It is now late March 2026, and I feel completely ignored. I initially tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and allowed reasonable time for a response, but no effort has been made to communicate or resolve the issue. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing, particularly for a product that is still under warranty. I strongly recommend that others thoroughly research this company and consider alternative options before committing.

  A-Plus put new windows (previously) and a new basement outside door in (recently) for us and we were very happy with their service and the job they did. Brian and his assistant Josh worked very hard and with alot of experience put a really nice back door on our house from the basement making sure it was sealed properly from the weather and properly seated and constructed. WE totally recommend them! and must mention Phil G. from the office who helped with a question my husband had about a tax deduction on the door. Our windows work great and are keeping the warm air in the house where it belongs!

  They will always make a costumer happy and costumer is always first. The quality of the products and work the best. Also the fence crew are the hardest workers in ever seen and super professional

  Guy blocked my driveway I share with my neighbor. Super rude. Tons of street parking in front. I explained my wife was disabled and we need access to our whole drive . I can't block her she can't block me as we both have to run out at times. Do better. Buddy could use the steps anyway. Guy working with him was super kind.
