- TBTom BellDec 10, 20253.0I’ve had a problem with the Generator error “ I/O speed Sensor failure “ first guy came out reset it and ran a test. A couple of weeks later same problem, they sent out another Technician, I told him what the first Technician said, he said the test is run at a slow speed and it is a computer problem, he set it to do the transfer to test, which it did, he said it is a computer glitch, I asked how they fix it, he said his laptop was in the shop for repair and when he got it back, last Friday December 5, 2025 he would come back to check the firmware! I have not heard from anyone about getting this done. The Generator is 3 years old and still under their 10 year warranty. I made a big mistake when they installed it, I paid the balance in full, over $12,000, it appears since I didn’t put in on a payment plan they don’t have to treat me like a customer that still owes them money! I hope someone in higher management sees this and calls me to get this fixed once and for all. When it works, it does an excellent job! Because of this problem not being solved I feel like I have a very expensive boat anchor!!!
