- PPPatriciaDec 11, 20255.0I had just purchased my home 5 days earlier when my furnace stopped working and, of course, it was a Saturday....freezing cold. I called my "old" furnace company and was told there was no one available. It was 48 degrees in my brand new "used" home. I contacted Johansen and Anderson and within 10 minutes I was contacted by their technician and 30 minutes later he was here. Long story short, I did need a new furnace, but I have never been treated so well by everyone on their entire staff. What was an unfortunate case, turned out well. I would not hesitate to recommend Johansen and Anderson. They did an excellent job!

They showed up late to the appointment, didn’t communicate the delay, and once they finally arrived, the technician seemed rushed and uninterested in actually diagnosing the problem. They “fixed” my AC, but it stopped working again the same night. When I called back to get help, I was put on hold multiple times and told the earliest they could return was several days later—even though I had just paid for the repair. No sense of urgency, no apologies, nothing. To make things worse, the final bill was higher than the quote I was given, with extra fees that weren’t explained upfront. I ended up going to a different company who solved the issue in one visit. I wouldn’t recommend this company based on my experience. Poor communication, low-quality service, and unclear pricing.

They put plastic down the stairs and carpets to keep everything clean. The air conditioning is really quiet works great! I would definitely recommend! Thank you Tony, Sean, and Joe!
