- IHIan HobsonMay 22, 20241.0Ordered some wire with ground shipping on May 7th. Shipping tracking showed it as the package had not been dropped off to the USPS shipper. Notified customer support on May 13th and they said it shipped but may have not been scanned. May 17th no update so customer care said they sent it out to wait till next friday before they do anything. May 20th still nothing and they restated they won't do anything till Friday. Almost three weeks after order was shipped. I started a case with USPS and they said it was never dropped off and it would of got a scan somewhere by now and it's been way to long to not get updated info on the tracking. So beware if you order from them good luck getting the item and if you want help with your order just email yourself you should of went with someone else as it will be more beneficial
