  We had 18yr.old hardwood floors, our dishwasher damage and warped the wood. Our floors now look brand new! The workmanship and stain looks impeccable. The estimate was straight forward, fair and great communication through the entire process. We highly recommend using Arlington Hardwood Flooring!

  I would like to give Sam Cuicio a 0. Had our house in disrepair for months after we were told it would take weeks. Sam will hook up to your breaker with aligator clips while the faceplate of your breaker is left off using no surge protection. His dust free is hardly dust free. Sam will also turn your heat way up because he likes to leave doors open. His crew was far from what was described on his site. Sam damaged my house and left swirl marks on what he called a finished product. BUYER BEWARE. Sam will respond to this and say that I am his competition and he never did work by someone from this name. If you choose Arlington Hardwood flooring you will also see Sam makes every excuse in the book and never takes ownership of any of his mistakes. Proceed at your own risk or you could just get multiple quotes.

  I have used Arlington Hardwood Flooring on several projects over the years. One refinishing of existing flooring and two new installations. Sam and his team have always done an outstanding job for us and it is hard to believe that anyone would not have the same experience as we have. First, Sam has always been responsive in getting back to us, answering questions and pricing. I am very detailed oriented and expect my contractors to be the same. The work has always been exceptional, and he has great attention to detail. I have enjoyed working with Sam as he gives great recommendations and options on getting the look we want and ensuring the installation will perform as expected. At the completion of each project, the team has always made sure everything is cleaned, back where it belongs and ready for furniture. They really make the whole process very simple and hassle free for my wife and I. Over the years, we have also had a few areas of damage due to something being dropped and Arlington has also done the repair for us which is always tricky on our darker floors. Any review which indicates that Sam and his team are not of the highest professionalism and installation quality I would personally have to challenge. I have both used and recommend Arlington for many jobs and every single person has been very satisfied with his work and professionalism. If you are really looking for a great company to work with for your project with fair pricing, I would recommend Arlington Hardwood and Sam every time.

  Sam was very helpful not only in selecting the proper flooring and wood look, he and his crew did a great job of installation. They were patient in waiting for the rest of my project to complete and were extremely responsive with every question I asked. Excellent experience and I'm thrilled with how my project turned out! I would highly recommend Arlington Hardwood for any of your flooring needs!
