He corrected the problem on our five year old Carrier and he checked the second furnace that was operating to make sure it was all good. These high efficiency furnaces seem more sensitive than the previous generation. Therefore he made a slight modification so we shouldn’t have this issue in the future. Thanks.

During the job at my home, their work resulted in a large, obvious hole in my ceiling. Accidents happen—but what’s been truly unacceptable is how they handled it afterward. In my view, they have completely avoided taking responsibility. After repeated attempts to get them to address the damage they left behind, I still received no solution, no follow-through, and no accountability. Now it’s the holiday season, and we’re stuck with a gaping hole in our ceiling because they refuse to make it right. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this contractor to anyone looking for professionalism, reliability, or any sense of responsibility for the work they perform.
