Richie remembered my home and the problem I had a few years ago and was nice enough to explain what was happening very simply. He even gave me a solution I possibly could do on my own since it was a known problem for my unit. He adjusted my thermostat to my preferred temperature and was very professional. Only charged $85 and up and running quick and efficiently! My cat decided he wanted to help and Richie was very polite to him hahaha. I highly recommend!

- IKIrene KolaczkoOct 30, 20252.0Normally service is good once you can get them out. This time was supposed to be bet. 9-11. They called later in the a.m. that would be closer to 11. He came at noon. I was home so o.k. However, no one explained the problem with the vent in the crawl space. He only had the furnace maintenance check on his work order. Hmm. I tried to explain what needed to be done and he tried to rush me along, started to get snippy... I told him I am trying to explain so he knew what happened and what he needed to do. I checked after work what was done in the crawl space. Saw all this light and tried to find out where it's coming from. I finally found a flashlight left on above the wooden beam to the floor above it. If unnoticed, it could have caused a fire! So many workers in a rush and don't check - did I clean-up, did I leave anything behind? Sigh.
