  Huge mistake hiring Incredible Builders! I had so many issues with them in the remodel of my home. Part of the remodel was to paint the existing doors, door casings, and window casings. They did not do any prep or caulk any trim, nor did they tape off the walls behind the casings. They charged me $6,420 for the work and left the painted walls with white rings around the windows and doors. We now have to paint 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and closets when we were not intending to do so. They refuse to fix the issue. Stay away from this terrible company! Response to the owner: Correct, wall painting was NOT included in the scope. How does that explain all of the white paint that is all over the walls? This is a perfect example of how this company works. Instead of righting a wrong, they backpedal and leave you with a mess and expect you to pay in full.

  Incredible Builders worked with us every step of the way through the ordeal of working with the insurance company to completing the job and final inspection. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and took the time with us to let us know what was going on. Incredible Builders is a great company.

  Incredible Builders are great. Do my basement n very clean n pick up everything at night. The men are very respectful n tell you what will be done each day. Second time I have had them n love them all n their work.

  Incredible Builders lived up to it's name in every way. We needed modifications to the bathroom and a laundry room added to the space when my Mom moved in with us. From start to finish they were the best. They were consistently professional, communicative, honest, hard-working and friendly. There work was well-planned, on-time, and well-executed. I can't tell you what a pleasure it was to work with them -- each person we encountered was great. They went above and beyond more than once and they were so respectful of our space as they worked. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and you should not hesitate to work with them. You will not be disappointed.
