They did the installation non-stop and finished, cleaned up, and both made sure we were ok with the thermostat settings. (We're older and don't always understand directions the first five times.) We will definitely suggest Hoekstra to our friends who are looking for quality service and products.

He explained how the thermostat works and how to replace the furnace filter since it was different than my previous furnace. He placed tarps on my floor and stairs and made sure the area was cleaned after installation. Very happy with their work. I would highly recommend Hoekstra for HVAC work
